I crave warm comfort foods during February, and I require them to be easy, so this recipe fits the bill. What I love the most about this crock pot meal is that most of the ingredients are frozen, so you can stock up on the chicken and peas now and make anytime. And, this dinner has it all: protein, pasta, veggie, and a creamy cheesy sauce. It’s a crowd pleaser for sure. Helpful Hint: this chicken shredder tool from Amazon was the best $20 spent; it shreds in seconds!
