Ingredients

sweetened condensed milk

pure vanilla extract

kosher salt

sweetened flaked coconut (4 ⅔ cups)
melted white chocolate for drizzling (keeps eggs in nest too).

Instructions
Heat oven to 350° and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk condensed milk, vanilla, and salt together. Fold in coconut.
Drop 2-Tbsp mounds of dough onto sheets, 2 inches apart. Using a fork, spread each mount into roughly 2 ½ inch "nests".
Bake until golden brown around edges, about 14-16 minutes.
Let cool on sheets for 5 minutes, then cool on a rack for 20 minutes.
Drizzle melted chocolate and add 3 eggs to each nest.
