I discovered this simple recipe when I googled “easy chicken breast dinner”. Surprisingly, it appeared on the Purdue chicken website, and it was a winner in our house. You need 3 ingredients for the main dish and I served it with a salad and rice. Even my teen who “doesn’t like chicken, how many times do I have to tell you” devoured this meal. Go figure. I am keeping this recipe in my arsenal for super simple meals, and now you can too. Bon Apetit!
