Peppermint Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 14 ounces sweetend condensed milk
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • ¾ tsp peppermint extract
  • cup crushed peppermint candies

Instructions

  • Beat whipping cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
  • Fold in condensed milk and peppermint extract until combined.
  • Gently stir in the crushed candy canes or peppermint candies.
  • Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan or airtight container, and sprinkle the remaining crushed candy canes on top.
  • Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and freeze for at least 8 hours or until firm.
