Dirty Martini Pasta

Ingredients

spaghetti, linguini or any long pasta

tbsp
butter

tbsp
olive oil
3-4
cloves
garlic
20-24
chopped green olives (10 oz. jar)
2
lemons (both zested, one juiced)
2
tbsp
gin
3
tbsp
olive brine from the jar
optional: crumbled bleu cheese
Instructions
Cook and drain pasta, add a tbsp of butter.
While pasta cooks, heat oil in saucepan and saute garlic for one minute.
Add in the lemon zest and chopped olives. Cook until garlic is golden.
Add gin to deglaze pan. Then add the olive brine, lemon juice, and 3 tbsp of butter.
Add cooked pasta to the sauce, salt and pepper to taste, and toss to combine.
Top with more chopped olives, lemon zest and blue cheese.
