Croc-Pot Teriyaki Chicken

Cook Time 4 hours

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breasts or thighs cut into cubes
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup teriyaki sauce If you don't have teriyaki at home, just mix up some soy sauce and honey
  • 5 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

  • Place chicken in slow cooker
  • Add remaining ingredients (except cornstarch) and stir
  • Cook on LOW for 4 hours
  • Mix cornstarch with 3 Tbs water and pour slowly into cooker
  • Continue to cook for 30 minutes
  • Serve over white rice, sprinkle with sesame seeds
