Persian cucumbers, sliced into ribbons

avocado, diced

surimi or crabmeat

scallion, chopped

mayonnaise

sriracha

fresh lemon juice
Furikake seasoning optional
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, sriracha, lemon juice and pinch of salt
Divide lettuce, rice, cucumber and avocado among bowls
Top with crabmeat (or surimi) and drizzle with dressing
