And no surprise, mushrooms are also trending in the beauty industry, “The use of mushrooms in skincare is hardly new — they’ve been used in Eastern cultures for centuries. I also recently became obsessed with the NYC-based jeweler Brent Neale and her whimsical (yet pricey) bejeweled mushroom pendants. Oversized and laden in gemstones, these neckline works of art are spectacular. Once I resigned myself to the fact that I will probably not own one of these stunners (with a $6000 price tag), I went searching for more affordable whimsical mushroom-themed items.
