Fashion Feature: Sail To Sable

A few weeks ago I was lucky enough to be included in the Sail to Sable fall photo shoot along with some other talented local women. We had a blast choosing our outfits and getting photographed by the lovely Julia D’Agostino of Julia Dags Photography (she tried everything to make me look less awkward). Founded by Jennifer Stocker in 2012, Sail to Sable, a traditionally classic brand, has grown from preppy resort wear to sophisticated styles, complete with “designs that incorporate timeless elements of clean stripes, bold hues, upscale fabrics, and bright trims.” I have been a fan of the brand for a while now– first learning about it through a fundraising fashion show for Stamford Hospital, and, more recently, by visiting its first retail store, STS The Cabana (which has saved me from a few last-minute outfit crises). Jen and I also play tennis together, so we chat about fashion on the court too! Throughout the month, STS will be featuring each of the tastemakers from the shoot, celebrating these local women (see full list below).
