Peppermint Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 14 ounces sweetend condensed milk
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- ¾ tsp peppermint extract
- ⅔ cup crushed peppermint candies
Instructions
- Beat whipping cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in condensed milk and peppermint extract until combined.
- Gently stir in the crushed candy canes or peppermint candies.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan or airtight container, and sprinkle the remaining crushed candy canes on top.
- Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and freeze for at least 8 hours or until firm.
