Book Blast 27: Cozy Mysteries

· some classic whodunits ·

What is my idea of heaven? A crackling fire, a glass of red wine, and a good old-fashioned mystery (and maybe a bowl of ice cream too). I recently read the latest from Ruth Ware One by One, and just like the title suggests, characters are found dead, one by one, with the ultimate reveal at the end. This technique always keeps me reading, turning page after page, relishing the twists and turns of a good whodunit. And, it gave me the idea for this Book Blast post, which was SO fun for me to put together. I dug deep into my Goodreads lists, Kirkus Review, and even my own bookshelf, looking for titles that are sure to keep you guessing until the last paragraph. I hope you will savor these picks and enjoy the element of suspense- just be sure to keep the lights on! (For more info on each title, click the image below).

How do I find these titles to recommend to you? I read a lot, but I also refer to trusted book reviews— on Goodreads, NY Times, and Kirkus. I belong to a book club with opinionated readers and I live next door to a local bookstore insider who lends me advance copies! Basically, I do the legwork so you don’t have to. For more titles browse previous Book Blast posts or visit my Amazon store. Keep reading!
