This morning I got an email from Shopbop, celebrating black fashion designers on their site. In partnership with the Black in Fashion Council, 20% of sales from these brands will benefit the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation (until March 1). I was excited to start browsing the list of talented designers, some of which were familiar to me and some that are new to the scene. I was really excited to see one of my favorite brands from Instagram, SIKA, now available at Shopbop too. As I educated myself on the site, reading about these talented men and women, I also came across some stunning creations. I can’t think of a better reason to shop.
