Happy weekend everyone! This week’s Snippets start with a little bronzer, blush, and leopard all in one. I came upon these limited edition Hourglass Ambient Lighting palettes while doing some pre-sale browsing on Sephora. I was initially drawn to the leopard packaging but then learned that there is also a charitable element to the launch: Hourglass will donate five percent of annual profits from this collection to the Nonhuman Rights Project. The “palette includes five bestselling shades—one finishing powder, two blushes, one bronzer, and one highlighter—along with one brand-new shade of blush to diffuse, enhance, and add glow to the complexion.” There are three palette options Leopard, Snake & Jellyfish, each with slightly different shade selections– and the leopard one is perfect for me (ahem, Santa).
What is a Snippet? It’s a capricious idea, an interesting article, a trusted product, and random bits of whimsy. It’s the latest find in books, fashion, and beauty.
