My closet is full of blue and white striped clothing. I am drawn to the contrasting colors and for some reason, cannot resist a good sailor stripe. The classic combo can be seen all over the pages of the J. Crew catalog (see some faves above), however, I seem to find items no matter where I shop. Why am I drawn to the look of a navy stripe? Maybe because it acts like a neutral and goes with anything: worn-in jeans, white ankle pants or khaki shorts. It’s a summer staple for me and I can’t seem to get enough of it.
