I have seen so many bloggers and Instagram influencers publishing ways to beat the winter blues, so I am jumping on the bandwagon here–and with the arrival of a winter snowstorm, now is the time! When it’s too cold or gloomy to enjoy the outdoors, might as well create a worthwhile indoor experience that helps to battle the blues. I do get my vitamin D with the occasional paddle match and walks with friends, but otherwise, I am spending most of my time warm and cozy in the comfort of my house. While I am not an avid bath fan, I do indulge a few times each winter (and it is an event- lots of planning and prep go into the experience). The relaxation component is real and I am always glad that I made time for it. Refresh complete! Just add a comfy cashmere outfit, soothing candle, pampering skincare, and a hot cup of tea with a good book!
