Bedtime is the best time–I love curling up in my cozy PJs with a good book (and a snuggly dog). Since sleep is so important for maintaining good health (and skin) I am more inclined to stick to a schedule that gives me a solid 8 hours each night. I am also doing all that I can to maximize my chances of getting a good night’s sleep, starting with no blue light after 9. Of course, soft, comfy pajamas and silky sheets also help!
