Everyone knows that Walmart is the store for rollback discounts and affordable makeup, but recently they have upped their style game adding brands like Scoop, SpaceNK, & Free Assembly. A recent search for this dress found me browsing for more and more, and I found so much– all under $50 (actually, all but one are under $38).
