Ugh. I really do not like to workout. Especially cardio workouts- because I hate to sweat. Which is why I opt for some strength and resistance work in a barre class. I currently go to Forme Barre in Darien because I love the instructor rotations, I find the workouts effective and, most importantly, I am not a sweaty mess afterward. Each September, I find myself ramping up my barre routine and scheduling classes a few times a week. New gear always helps to light the fire under my procrastinating butt. I look to Athleta and Amazon mostly for my workout options but Lululemon also has good staples. In these photos, I am wearing my favorite 90 Degree by Reflex high waisted leggings, and my Athleta Coaster Luxe sweatshirt. This summer I got an Apple Watch to help track my exercise and calorie burning, which means now I have some daily goals to reach. What are your workouts like?
