The other night we tried this firecracker meatball recipe from Hello Fresh and it was a huge hit. Especially with me– the firecracker sauce was so good, I wanted to drink it. I’m serious. It’s sweet, spicy, creamy, and addicting! It’s a nice alternative to the Italian style with pasta and marinara. We served the meatballs over jasmine rice with some greenbeans on the side and the sauce drizzled all over everything. This sauce would actually be great on pretty much anything: chicken, veggies, or cardboard. You will have this sauce recipe on rotation for sure! Now I have to make it again tonight since my mouth is watering just thinking about it. Yum!
