Who doesn’t love tacos? This tasty Tuesday night staple is simple to make and easy to please. And now it’s gotten a little bit healthier too. This DIY recipe for a perfectly spiced taco seasoning will be your new favorite. All the flavor and none of the added sodium. Plus, you can tweak the level of spiciness too, which is good for my son who can’t handle the heat. Want to heat up soft tortillas in a snap? Place tortillas in a soft heating pouch and heat them in the microwave for 30 seconds (see below). You can double or triple this recipe and keep it in a mason jar for up to a year too.
