Couture ​Caftans

While browsing Pinterest one night, I came across the above photo of a Camilla leopard print caftan. Naturally, I pinned the photo for future reference– I coveted this piece (similar versions below). I have no plans to visit anywhere swanky anytime soon, but the idea of this flowy beaded animal print frock was seductive. I remember my very first caftan purchase over 10 years ago– a Tory Burch navy, red and white one. I loved how it was both comfortable and elegant at the same time. Since then, the caftan has taken off and become a stylish staple. Now, the chic piece can be seen poolside as a cover-up or even worn as a dinner outfit. I pulled together a variety of styles and price points below. Some are simple and piped in a preppy navy and some are ornate with sequins and metallic threading. I personally love both versions but wish I had reason to purchase something over the top. I think it’s time I visit Morocco and find a camel to ride!
