Just a quick collection of books for you this week, each with plots that span generations. All of these fiction reads transport us back to the past and then draw us forward again into the present, weaving a story along the way. This is one of my favorite writing techniques since it keeps the pages turning! Each title in this selection also averages 4/5 stars on Goodreads. Take a literary trip back in time?

The Glass Ocean  |  Sleeper’s Castle  |  The Masterpiece
Where the Crawdads Sing  |  Transcription  |  We Were the Lucky Ones
The Storyteller’s Secret  |  A Touch of Stardust  |  Before We Were Yours

How do I find these titles to recommend to you? I do read a lot of books, but I also refer to trusted book reviews— on Goodreads, NY Times, Kirkus and Youtube. I belong to a book club with a lot of opinionated readers. I live next door to a local book store insider who gives me advance copies! Basically, I do the legwork so you don’t have to. For more titles browse previous Book Blast posts and Book Reviews (under the Books tab in the menu bar) or visit my Amazon store for a ton of options. Got a favorite book? Contact me and let me know so I can share with my subscribers in the next Book Blast. From one book lover to another–let’s keep reading!
