I spend a fair amount of time taking care of myself, using effective products to make my outside look and feel healthy and glowing. But now it is time for me to nurture from the inside out — and I need some help. These wellbeing books will help to nourish with the right ingredients for “radiant health and beauty.” Each one includes recipes and food recommendations that rejuvenate and heal and “give you both an inner and an outer glow.” These authors are not only nutritionists and cooks but also holistic health coaches and green lifestyle experts. I particularly like the first one on the left, The Collagen Glow, written by Sally Kim. Kim grew up learning everything about nutrition and skincare from her Korean grandmother.
